Each night we offer:

  • 2 separate road run groups for seasoned runners

  • Gentle road run for beginners and new runners

  • Indoor strength session*

* these can only be attended if you also attend the road runs

We have a structured training schedule that includes hill work, interval runs, 5k tempo run, themed nights throughout the year, including our favourite - the pub run!!

What do I need to bring with me?

Summer months:

  • Drink (or two if it's really hot!)

  • Bug spray in the later months

Dark winter months:

  • Wear bright/reflective clothing and a head/chest torch

  • Drink

  • Bring a jacket to put on afterwards to warm up

Indoor strength sessions:

  • Drink

  • Mat

  • Towel (optional)

What is the maximum number of participants?

We aim to stick to 12 athletes per coach, this means we can concentrate on each person and give them the attention they deserve. We are also mindful that we're running in a small town and built up areas.

What happens if I can’t keep up?

Not on our watch!

 

We're an inclusive group, our coaches will ensure that nobody runs on their own. The majority of our sessions are a short warm up jog to a base location, efforts are then run from there, meaning that everybody is together in one group and therefore nobody gets left behind.
